Wholesale Opportunities

Creative Paper products can provide a unique addition to any retail display, the paper produced by the boutique factory is ideal for wedding or artisans stationery stores, or our souvenir products that have a focus on Australian flora and fauna; Lavender, Apple, Wombat, Roo and many more styles that will compliment your displays.

 We welcome enquiries for businesses looking to retail our fantastic products that will value add to their current range.

Wholesale Discount Prices

Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers who will be reselling our products through an established retail store. An ABN must be provided on application. Current wholesale prices and suggested retail prices are provided on enquiry by emailing makersworkshop@burnie.net or contacting (03) 6430 5831.

Product Samples

We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. Sample packs may be supplied at minimal cost to cover handling and postage.

Variation to products

All Creative Paper Tasmania products are hand-made. This may cause individual differences to each product. This is accepted by the buyer when an order is placed and will not be a considered fault.  Therefore no credit will be issued in such instances.

Ordering and Payments

The minimum initial order is $200.00 plus shipping. Payment for first order must be received before dispatch. Subsequent orders can be paid for before dispatch or a 30 day business account can be applied for.

  • Fax your order to (03) 6431 3896.   We can provide an order form to you via fax or email.

Payment

Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. 

Cheque, direct deposit and money orders are also accepted (product would not be released until these payment options are cleared)

Lead Time

We typically ship orders within 4 business days. If awaiting paper production or during the busy Tasmanian tourism season (October – March) it may take up to 8 business days. If you have an urgent order, please let us know and we will make every effort to get your order out as soon a practical.

Out of Stock

We make every effort to have a supply of all our stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs there may be a 3 week period before re-supply is possible.  We can supply a back order if requested. 

Postage

Orders are sent out via Australia Post or our preferred courier.  Please provide a physical ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered via Australia Post but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product forwarded this way.

Postage/Freight is determined at the time of ordering and these costs are passed on to the purchaser. You will receive a packing list with your order.

If you have a credit account with us please wait to pay on invoice. A full invoice will arrive via postal mail a short time after the order.

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

You must notify our customer service representative of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge. Creative Paper Tasmania accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery.

Exclusivity

We do not offer exclusivity of Creative Paper Products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distance from each other, or offer them a different product mix. 

Feedback

We thrive on customer feedback. Customer observations, ideas and suggestions are where some of our products lines have originated. We encourage you to point out areas that we can improve and love to receive compliments!
