Creative Paper Tasmania has a large new gallery space titled The Creative Gallery. We have regular exhibitions showcasing the work of local artists, assisting with emerging artists and displaying our paper people collection.

The idea for the mill was conceived in the mid 1990’s by members of the creative living centre, including a woman by the name of Jane tanner- now Jane Tenyeswood in conjunction with Charles Turner a chemist from Australian paper as a new opportunitites programme scheme to assist Burnie’s unemployed develop new skills.
